Sam Kow Tong Temple - Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia - feb 18, 2023

located in the brickfields is a Chinese Fijian styled temple that was founded around 1916 by the Henry Hua clan and built around the 1950's. the name Sam kow tong translates to "Hall of Three Teachings" and the stucco dragons on the roof is thing you will notice. 

it wasn't a busy day when we visited but there was a lady outside the temple on her scooter , waiting for the right time to set up her portable kitchen selling noodles and street food. 

the attention to detail and the intricate designs simply cannot be missed.
